A rental concierge service is a turnkey solution that takes care of the full management of your property for short- or long-term rentals: listing creation, reservation management, guest reception, cleaning, maintenance, and revenue optimization.

What is the difference between short-term and long-term rentals?

Short-term rentals cover stays of a few nights up to a few weeks (maximum 90 days per year), while long-term rentals involve a standard lease over several months (the rest of the year). This approach helps maximize your income.

Can I continue to use my property?

Yes, by notifying us in advance, you remain completely free to use your property. Simply block the desired dates in the calendar.

What happens in case of damage?

Any potential damages are covered by the insurance provided by the rental platforms.

Is my property suitable for short-term rentals?

An honest and transparent assessment is provided from the outset. If necessary, recommendations are made to help maximize your bookings.

Is there a commitment period?

To establish a solid foundation, a minimum commitment period is required. At the end of this period, the collaboration can either continue freely or be terminated with 30 days’ notice, in order to honor ongoing bookings and ensure a smooth transition.

What is the start time?

After signing the contract, the service begins within 7 to 10 days.
