What is a rental concierge service?

A rental concierge service is a turnkey solution that takes care of the full management of your property for short- or long-term rentals: listing creation, reservation management, guest reception, cleaning, maintenance, and revenue optimization.

We are also able to handle the sale of your properties.

Can I still use my property?

Yes. By informing us in advance, you remain completely free to use your property whenever you wish. Simply block the dates you would like to reserve for your personal use.

How long does it take to get started?

After signing the agreement, your property can be launched within 7 to 10 days.

How do you manage cleaning, linen, and supplies?

After each stay, My Easy Conciergerie organizes the cleaning, performs a quality inspection, and checks the property to ensure everything is ready for the next guests.

For linen, we recommend using your own professional hotel-quality linen to maximize profitability, while we handle the complete management of rotation, washing, and stock monitoring.

How do you manage supplies?

My Easy Conciergerie monitors stock levels and manages the replenishment of supplies to ensure your property is always ready to welcome guests.

The supplies used are charged at actual cost, with no markup, plus a €50 monthly management fee per property, which includes stock monitoring, supply ordering, and operational coordination.

Is there a minimum commitment period?

To ensure a long-term partnership and provide optimal management of your property, an initial 12-month commitment period applies.

During this period, you benefit from our My Easy Club program, giving you access to exclusive advantages, including our owner loyalty and referral programs.

After this initial commitment, the partnership can either continue freely or be ended with 30 days’ notice, allowing us to respect existing bookings and ensure a smooth transition.
