Our technical team handles your property’s maintenance, from minor repairs to emergency interventions 7 days a week. For exceptional issues requiring replacement or major repairs, we contact our trusted providers, send you the quote for approval, and coordinate the intervention to restore your property as quickly as possible.

Consumables Stock Management

Looking to sell, buy or invest? My Easy Conciergerie supports you with your real estate projects through our trusted partners.

We prepare the initial stock of essential supplies needed to welcome your guests, then manage stock levels and replenishment after each stay.

You receive a monthly invoice covering the actual cost of the consumables used. Stock management is included in our commission.

The welcome kit is free for the first 6 months for every guest reservation.
