Can I stay in my property? ❓

Yes! As the owner, you can stay in your property for up to 30 days per year.

You simply need to block the dates in advance on the booking calendar.

How do you optimise my property's income? ❓

We use dynamic pricing, listing optimisation and a strategy adapted to market demand in order to maximise your rental income and occupancy rate.

What happens in the event of damage or breakage? ❓

Your property benefits from professional insurance, providing additional protection in the event of an incident or damage.

Are there any setup fees? ❓

No, there are no setup fees.

What equipment is required? ❓

Short-term rentals are subject to certain requirements.

We provide you with a list of mandatory and recommended equipment before the appointment, so we can check whether your property meets the requirements to be accepted by My Easy Conciergerie.

7How is cleaning managed? ❓

Cleaning is organised between each stay by dedicated professional teams.

We also carry out quality checks to ensure that the property is clean and ready to welcome the next guests.

How can I be sure that my property is properly managed? ❓

The founder is currently completing a professional degree in Real Estate (Professions Immobilières) and directly trains and supervises the teams involved in the properties entrusted to My Easy Conciergerie.

Our approach is based on transparency, regular monitoring and clear communication with each property owner.

Are there additional fees for consumables management? ❓

No. Stock management and replenishment are included in our commission, with no additional management fees.

As a bonus, a welcome kit containing 8 products is offered for every guest reservation during the first 6 months of each renewed year.

Is there a commitment period? ❓

Yes. The contract includes a 12-month commitment period.

This allows us to properly implement and optimise the rental strategy and to amortise the tools and resources required to manage your property.

A 2-month trial period is also included.

Can I terminate the contract? ❓

Yes.

After the 2-month trial period, you may terminate the contract without penalty, with one month's notice by registered letter.

After the initial 12-month commitment period, you may also terminate the contract without penalty, with one month's notice.

What documents are required? ❓

Depending on the property and local requirements, we may request:

• Short-term rental registration number, if required

• Local tax number / property identifier

• Energy Performance Certificate (DPE), if required

• Valid non-occupant homeowner insurance (PNO)

• Bank details (RIB)

• Identity document

What types of properties do you accept? ❓

We can work with different types of properties, including:

T2 / one-bedroom apartments

T3 / two-bedroom apartments

Atypical properties

Large houses

Duplexes from 120 to 200 m²

Large properties of around 300 m²

Villas over 300 m²

Each property is assessed individually before any collaboration.

How quickly can my property be launched? ❓

Your property can generally be launched within 7 to 10 days after the contract is signed, depending on the preparations required.

Is a concierge service an expense or an investment? ❓

It is an investment.

Our objective is to maximise your property's rental potential through appropriate pricing, greater visibility and an optimised rental strategy.

The additional income generated should help offset the cost of the service and improve the overall profitability of your property.
