The founder holds a State-recognized qualification in Real Estate Professions* (*currently being obtained) and directly trains her teams to ensure professional, high-quality management.

Are there additional fees for managing consumables ❓

No! We handle the restocking of consumables with no additional management fees.

Is there a minimum commitment period ❓

Yes, 12 months, in order to build and optimize your property's strategy and amortize the tools and resources put in place for its management.

How long does it take to get started ❓

After signing the contract, the setup takes 7 to 10 days.
